    Incredibly wonderful campground! We had private bathroom (basic but just fine. No noise just birds all around. Very friendly (Dutch) owners who are always willing to help. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for some peace and quiet, we will definitely come back!

    Ongelooflijk heerlijke camping! We hadden prive sanitair (basic maar gewoon prima te doen. Geen herrie alleen maar vogeltjes alom. Zeer vriendelijke (nederlandse) eigenaren die altijd bereid zijn even te helpen. Absolute aanrader als je wat rust zoekt, wij komen zéker nog eens terug!

    Beautiful location, nice hiking opportunities. Administrator very friendly, Dutch speaking. Restaurant not open despite indication on internet. However, a quick bite can be prepared on request. Sandwich service available. Kiosk also not really open.... There is some for sale but it was not significant when we were there in October. Private plumbing poorly maintained, all present though. With a lot of rain a real mud puddle. What is on the internet seems nicer than it actually is. But for the location 4 stars!

    Mooie locatie, mooie wandelmogelijkheden. Beheerder erg vriendelijk, Nederlands sprekend. Restaurant niet geopend ondanks dat dat op internet wordt aangegeven. Wel kan er op verzoek een snelle hap worden bereid. Broodjes service aanwezig. Kiosk ook niet echt geopend... Er is wel wat te koop maar dat was toen wij er waren in oktober niet noemenswaardig. Privé sanitair slecht onderhouden, alles wel aanwezig. Met veel regen een echte modderpoel. Wat er op internet staat lijkt mooier dan dat het daadwerkelijk is. Maar voor de locatie 4 sterren!

    We stopped off at the restaurant during a bike tour. My Jägerschnitzel with fried potatoes was delicious. Just a little small in terms of the portion. The cycle path then took us past this beautiful campsite and the whole site made us curious to see more. It looks inviting and very versatile. I can imagine camping there for several days. The various huts are imaginative and the area is simply beautiful.

    Wir waren während einer Radtour im Restaurant eingekehrt. Mein Jägerschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln war lecker. Nur ein wenig überschaubar, was die Portion betrifft. Der Radweg führte uns danach an diesem wunderschönen Campingplatz entlang und die ganze Anlage macht neugierig auf mehr. Es wirkt einladend und sehr vielseitig. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dort für mehrere Tage zu campen. Die verschiedenen Hütten sind einfallsreich und die Gegend einfach wunderschön.

    The expectations were great also because of the pictures and reviews, but in practice it was a bit disappointing, especially the sometimes very narrow roads you have to drive to get somewhere, especially if you go out with a caravan behind your car 😡 But what is very disappointing eaten though is the shower room, very outdated, doors were warped due to moisture etc, no this building deserves a complete restoration with modern shower and washing facilities, we will not return there again, too bad but unfortunately!

    De verwachtingen waren groot ook al vanwege de foto's en de reviews, maar in de praktijk viel het toch een beetje tegen, zeker de soms zeer smalle wegen die je moet berijden om ergens te komen, zeker ook als je op pad gaat met een caravan achter je auto 😡 Maar wat zeer tegenvallen is eaten wel de doucheruimte, sterk verouderd, deuren waren vanwege het vocht kromgetrokken etc, nee dit gebouw verdient een complete restauratie met moderne douche en was gelegenheid, wij zullen er niet meer naar terugkeren, jammer maar helaas!

    Campground is in an idyllic spot. Friendly staff and you can eat there. Daily fresh bread you can order there. Toilet building is clean but outdated. Further cycling is disappointing, all mountains and hills. You can cycle to the village of Bockenau, but there is nothing to do. Large supermarkets are nearby.

    Camping ligt op een idyllisch plekje. Vriendelijk personeel en je kunt er eten. Dagelijks verse broodjes kunt je er bestellen. Toilet gebouw is schoon maar verouderd, niet meer van deze tijd. Verder fietsen valt tegen, allemaal bergen en heuvels. Je kunt goed naar het plaatsje Bockenau fietsen, maar daar is niets te beleven. Grote supermarkten zijn in de buurt.
